About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Broker Distribution Leader to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our UK Client and Distribution function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development in the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand and deepen relationships with key brokers and clients in the mid-market segment.
  • Work closely with underwriting teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and services.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure successful onboarding and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and relationship management in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of the mid-market segment and its key drivers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
