About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the perfect products for themselves and their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service on tills and collection counters, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Be present on the shop floor, engaging with customers and helping to maintain a welcoming store environment.
  • Assist colleagues in the stock room, ensuring efficient stock management and maintaining a well-organized store.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is able to work part-time with a variety of shifts across our store opening hours. Previous experience is not necessary, but a passion for delivering excellent customer service is essential.
