Position: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Salary: £12.12-£12.62 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in care is advantageous
  • Training in Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, First Aid & Moving & Handling is beneficial
  • NVQ Levels 2&3 in Care is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with appropriate insurance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized services according to specific support plans
  • Assist with personal care and medication administration
  • Encourage independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing
  • Support clients in managing household tasks and personal resources
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment in clients' homes
  • Build rapport and maintain effective communication with clients and team members
  • Keep accurate records in line with organizational policies
