We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Policy Administration: Process and manage customer policy requests, changes and cancellations.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre environment.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
