Position Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for meeting and surpassing financial, appointment, and outbound sales targets as set by your supervisor, while also managing and expanding your customer portfolio for which you will hold full accountability.

Our Ideal Candidate:

A confident, resilient, and assertive individual Must possess a valid UK driving license. Extensive experience in Road Freight is a prerequisite. A strong passion for sales and customer service. Ability to thrive and perform well under pressure in a target-driven environment. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone demeanor. Eager to learn, grow, and excel in a sales career.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify sales leads utilizing the Company's internal CMS or other information sources. Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients, profiling and qualifying prospects while leveraging your knowledge of the Europa product range. Meet with prospective clients and prepare quotations for their consideration. Manage your assigned accounts by maintaining and enhancing business levels within that client base, ideally aiming to become their exclusive supplier. Regularly engage with your customers proactively to ensure their needs are met and to explore further business opportunities within those accounts.
