Role Responsibilities

As a Lobby Ambassador, you will take the initiative to provide a variety of services that enhance the guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating smooth arrivals and departures for guests.
  • Addressing guest inquiries and fulfilling requests.
  • Providing information about local attractions and highlights.
  • Managing operational tasks and completing necessary reports.

Our Lobby Ambassadors are empowered to navigate their environment and respond to the needs of our guests proactively. This role requires being on your feet and engaging with guests actively, ensuring that every interaction is part of a seamless experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Experience: No prior related work experience is necessary.
  • Supervisory Experience: None required.
  • Licenses or Certifications: None needed.
