The Duty Manager is a key member of the Front Office team at Grosvenor House Suites, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Reception and the hotel when on duty.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the reception team to guarantee optimum profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the reception, adhering to company and suite policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Monitor and maintain the highest standards of service, as per the guidelines established in the Rooms Operations Manual.
