Front Office Duty Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Duty Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Front Office Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front office team, supervising the desk, and providing support and guidance in other areas of the hotel when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front office team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Supervise the desk and provide support and guidance to team members
  • Assist with daily check-in and check-out duties, including administrative tasks
  • Act as Duty Manager in the absence of the Front Office Manager
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a large operational hotel
  • Reception management background and experience with Opera Cloud
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts
  • Right to work in the UK
