We are a dynamic and ambitious organization seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. Our vision is to create a Centre of sales excellence with a culture that is energetic, ambitious, and fast-paced.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong self-management skills, be driven by financial goals, consistently meet or exceed expectations, and value autonomy in their work environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various sources, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue generation to the line manager.
- Meet/exceed dynamic KPIs set within the contact centre.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Clear experience of outbound lead generations/telesales.
