About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team and drive business growth in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a Used Car Sales Manager Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, motivating, and developing a sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Purchasing and managing used car stock to meet customer demand
  • Ensuring the forecourt and showroom are maintained to the highest standards
  • Managing customer enquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Ensuring FCA compliance within the department
