Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, motivate, develop and retain a sales team
  • Drive the business to achieve the budgeted levels required
  • Purchase and manage the used car stock
  • Advertise and price all stock to the market
  • Ensure forecourt/display/showroom are up to the required standards
  • Manage all enquiries coming into the business
  • Deal with any issues that may arise within the dealership
  • Ensure FCA compliance within the department

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading automotive retailer as a Used Car Sales Manager Branch Manager. As a key member of the Motorparks team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

About You:

We are looking for an ambitious and confident individual who thrives to deliver a personalised and unforgettable guest experience and hit their sales targets with their own unique style. You will have at least 2 years' experience within the motor trade in a sales management role and be now looking to progress your career. You must have the passion and drive to match.

Requirements:

  • Full Clean UK Driving Licence
  • Basic DBS check and adverse financial background check

What We're Looking For:

A normal day is always different from both yesterday and tomorrow. It is a role of variety, autonomy, and diversity. You will be responsible for recruiting, motivating, developing and retaining a sales team, driving the business to achieve the budgeted levels required, purchasing and managing the used car stock, advertising and pricing all stock to the market, ensuring forecourt/display/showroom are up to the required standards, managing all enquiries coming into the business, dealing with any issues that may arise within the dealership and ensuring FCA compliance within the department.
