We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Activity Care Assistant to join our team at Lady Elsie Finney House Residential Care Home in Ingol, Preston.
About the Role:This part-time role involves providing high-quality care and support to older adults, promoting their independence and well-being. As a Residential Activity Care Assistant, you will work closely with our team to deliver person-centered care, ensuring that each individual receives the best possible support to live their life to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide person-centered care and support to older adults, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support individuals with dementia and other complex needs.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
