About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Analyst to join our team at London Bridge Hospital, as part of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation program. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major digital transformation initiative, shaping the future of healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within the Registration and Scheduling team to assess and define business requirements for scheduling, ensuring seamless integration with the EHR solution.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and adherence to program governance, ensuring successful implementation.
  • Develop and implement a benefit tracking plan to measure the impact of the EHR solution on business processes.
  • Support the Change Management Plan for scheduling processes, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital transformation or change management programs, with a background in clinical scheduling.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to delivery.
