Lake District Hospitality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Brackenrigg Inn, located on the shores of Ullswater in the beautiful Lake District National Park. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving the success of our pub.
Key Responsibilities- Support and manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, ensuring seamless delivery of our service standards.
- Work closely with our Head Chef to develop and implement menus that showcase our passion for local food and drink.
- Manage the financial performance of the pub, including revenue, payroll, and overheads budgets.
- Lead and develop our team, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and kindness.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff, adhering to our company's health and safety policies and procedures.
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a similar setting.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer care and complaint handling skills.
- Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
