About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Another Place, The Lake. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite coffee drinks and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Prepare hot and cold drinks to a high standard
  • Work in all areas of the restaurant, including the bar and kitchen
  • Continually build upon company and product knowledge to provide excellent service
  • Participate in team tasting sessions to stay up-to-date on menu offerings
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Process guest payments and handle billing
  • Support the training and development of new team members
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional service
Requirements
  • Barista or related experience
  • 2 years' experience working in a similar position
  • Experience with latte art is essential
  • A commitment to providing high levels of service and a passion for the industry
  • A willingness to work as a team player and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • A keen eye for detail and a desire to provide an excellent guest experience
  • A genuine intent to use technology to streamline ordering and billing processes
  • The ability to work smart and understand that self-belief and hard work will always lead to success
