Additionally, the pub features 9 letting rooms, making it an ideal location for guests seeking a comfortable stay.
We are seeking an experienced Pub Manager to join our team at The Sun Inn. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume sites and have experience in accommodation management to maximize the potential of our 9 rooms. Experience with branded menus is a plus, but not essential. What is crucial is the ability to deliver consistent quality in food service.
The successful candidate will be a creative and driven individual who can focus on attracting local trade and passing customers, rather than relying solely on tourist traffic. With a current weekly turnover of £24,000 across all business areas, there is significant potential for growth through regular entertainment and events.
This opportunity would be well-suited for a couple who can work together, with one person handling kitchen duties and the other front-of-house, or an experienced General Manager who can lead a team.
What We Offer- A guaranteed annual retained sum of £25,000, released weekly.
- 22% share of weekly sales, excluding VAT.
- Low ingoing costs, with deposits starting from £5,000 and £360 legal costs.
- Accommodation is included, with most bills covered, except for council tax and TV License.
