Senior Sales Specialist Opportunity

Bastow Irwin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Specialist to join their team in Tiptree, CO5.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Secure valuations and instructions from clients.
  2. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, including portal uploads and production of property particulars, floor plans, and other sales materials.
  3. Negotiate and agree principle terms of business with clients, ensuring timely confirmation.
  4. Verify compliance with Money Laundering regulations and maintain accurate records.
  5. Communicate sales information to potential purchasers through various channels, including phone, text, and email.
  6. Follow up on viewings, providing prompt feedback to clients and ensuring a seamless sales process.
  7. Provide exceptional client care, including personal home visits and regular communication.
  8. Accompany viewings, reporting feedback to clients and ensuring a positive sales experience.
  9. Process and promote offers, striving to achieve a high conversion rate and maintain excellent average fees.
  10. Refer clients to trusted Mortgage and Conveyancing partners, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  11. Ensure sales files are complete and accurate, meeting sales progressor requirements at handover.
  12. Monitor progress towards monthly targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive success.
  13. Proactively seek new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge to drive growth.

Requirements:

  1. Proven sales experience, with a minimum of 18 months in a similar role.
  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
  3. Highly motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  4. Thorough understanding of estate agency practice and procedures.
  5. Strong marketing skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  6. Reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license.

Working Hours and Salary:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with Fridays finishing at 5pm. Saturdays, 9am to 4pm, with a day off during the week. Salary range: £21,000 to £23,000, with an OTE of £40,000 per annum, plus car allowance.
