Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential lettings team at Connells Group in Haywards Heath. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Your Role:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating tenancies
  • Maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch
Requirements:
  • Estate agency experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hold a full UK driving license
