Your Role:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch. You'll work closely with our sales and lettings teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What We're Looking For:
  • Estate agency experience, including Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK driving license
