Job Description

Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at HR GO Recruitment. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company's operations and products meet both national and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to ensure our company adheres to relevant standards and regulations.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide technical advice and guidance to ensure our company's products and services meet regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation Oversight: Ensure accurate and accessible documentation is maintained throughout the company.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Data Management: Oversee data management systems to ensure accuracy and precision in configurations and cutting sheets.
  • External Liaison: Represent the company with external entities to maintain and achieve accreditations.
  • Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, practices, and regulatory changes that affect our products and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: A thorough understanding of compliance, audit, and certification processes.
  • Certifications: Industry qualifications like NEBOSH are beneficial.
  • Analytical Abilities: Robust problem-solving skills with a systematic approach.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
