### Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Edwards & Pearce Limited. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our operational site leadership team.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support the site HR team in delivering a professional and effective HR service
* Coach and develop Managers on HR Best Practice and leadership abilities
* Manage and develop employee performance to maintain high standards
* Ensure legal compliance across the site
* Oversee the recruitment process to ensure effective resourcing and talent management
* Improve employee engagement and wellbeing
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
* Implement HR policies and procedures consistently and fairly

### Requirements

* CIPD level 5 qualification
* At least 2 years' experience in a leading HR position with site responsibility
* Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
* Strong HR leader and manager of HR team members
* Good business acumen and interest in site business and process
* Experience in a manufacturing environment (blue/white collar) is ideal
* Strong communication skills at all levels and good emotional awareness
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
