Project Engineering Manager

NOV Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Project Engineering Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our Project Management Team, you will be responsible for leading technical aspects of projects, providing guidance and advice to meet NOV and client expectations.
You will be accountable for planning and executing engineering work for dedicated projects, including technical areas such as process, electrical, instrumentation, and control. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on large-scale EPC projects, with budgets ranging from 30M to 100M USD. You will be part of a dynamic team, collaborating with engineers, procurement specialists, and other stakeholders to deliver projects that meet the highest standards.
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You should be able to identify priorities, manage multiple tasks, and make informed decisions in uncertain situations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical aspects of projects, providing guidance and advice to meet NOV and client expectations
- Plan and execute engineering work for dedicated projects, including technical areas such as process, electrical, instrumentation, and control
- Collaborate with engineers, procurement specialists, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Identify priorities, manage multiple tasks, and make informed decisions in uncertain situations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5-10 years' experience in a similar role or level of responsibility managing multidiscipline engineering teams in EPC projects
- Strong technical background in a relevant engineering discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify priorities, manage multiple tasks, and make informed decisions in uncertain situations
- Strong familiarity with the interfaces between engineering, procurement, and fabrication of process/utility/topside modules and skids
