About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front of House Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the growth and development of our care home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer care to residents, relatives, and visitors
  • Manage front of house operations, including reception, admissions, and resident services
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, such as rotas, timesheets, and reporting
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including sales and marketing activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, relatives, and colleagues
