About the Role:

Morgan Hunt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Multidisciplinary Advocate to join their team. As a Multidisciplinary Advocate, you will provide statutory and non-statutory independent advocacy to individuals in need, working closely with community groups and organizations to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-led, issue-based advocacy to eligible individuals in community or case settings
  • Manage a caseload, closing cases efficiently when work is concluded and identifying additional advocacy needs
  • Collaborate with community groups and organizations to ensure effective support and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including service users, families, and professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, policies, and best practices in advocacy and community support

Requirements:

  • Completed Independent Advocacy Level 2 Award in Independent Advocacy and willingness to complete Level 4
  • Or, fully qualified advocate with Level 3 National Advocacy Qualification or Level 4 Independent Advocacy Practice qualification
