Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the MICE Sales Manager will be responsible for managing group and catering opportunities, playing a crucial role in the overall success of the hotel. This position demands exceptional organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

Implement effective sales strategies for designated segments Lead initiatives to maximize revenue potential Engage in sales outreach to secure new business opportunities Analyze market data to meet financial objectives Review guest satisfaction metrics for continuous improvement Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders Collaborate with external sales channels Act as a brand ambassador and inspire the team Coordinate with department heads for seamless operations Identify and pursue new business avenues Stay informed about market trends and competitors Provide clients with tailored business solutions

Qualifications:

Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in the luxury hotel industry Familiarity with both domestic and international groups Positive attitude and genuine passion for the role
