Job Overview

Position: Director/Head of Pricing

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Remote

Compensation: £100,000 - £150,000 + Bonus and benefits

Are you prepared to spearhead pricing initiatives and make a substantial difference in the Insurance sector? Our client, a forward-thinking organization, is in search of a collaborative and motivating professional to fill the role of Head/Director of Pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate pricing strategies and establish ambitious objectives
  • Lead and develop the Insurance Pricing team
  • Encourage a culture of collaboration within the team
  • Utilize pricing analytics tools such as Radar and Emblem to collect, analyze, and interpret pricing data
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Become an expert in the Insurance market
  • Deliver regular reports and insights on pricing performance
