The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for successfully running a section of the kitchen, working closely with the Executive Chef and other team members to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and other team members to develop and implement new menu ideas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Support the team in achieving exceptional customer service standards.
  • Participate in menu planning, inventory management, and other kitchen-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a high-end hotel or restaurant kitchen.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of pastry preparation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.
