About the Role
In this position, you will report to the Camp Manager and collaborate with a swim instructor to oversee swimming sessions, ensuring a maximum of 16 children participate at a time. Sessions typically last between 30 to 45 minutes, with varying schedules.

Child safety is our utmost priority. You will be responsible for supervising all activities, ensuring the safe use of equipment, and responding promptly to any incidents, adhering to established reporting protocols.

As an Ofsted registered organization, you will have the chance to observe our high standards in child care and wellbeing, gain first aid qualifications, and engage with parents and guardians while benefiting from our extensive training programs.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Current Lifeguard qualification: National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC)
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Lifeguard
  • Able to conduct a depth test at the venue
  • Strong commitment to enhancing children's water confidence
  • Energetic, resilient, and a team-oriented individual
