**JOB PURPOSE**

We’re looking for people to deliver exceptional swimming lessons for Total Fitness members and non-members, to ensure the correct swimming safety procedures are always followed and to provide excellent customer service, making a difference to people's lives through teaching them to swim.

We recognise that members require post lesson feedback which we allow for in our scheduling, each lesson is 30 minutes + 10 minutes feedback, your time fully paid for.

**Hours we'd love you to work**:
Monday 1.30pm-4.10pm
Thursday 1.30pm-3.30pm
Friday 1.30pm-3.30pm

**What does the role involve?**
- Deliver lessons in accordance with association guidelines
- Create a fun and positive pool experience
- Guarantee the highest levels of safety at every session
- Support the PXM (Poolside Experience Manager) with any queries regarding member progress
- Maintain accurate records of all members
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardian of babies/toddlers participating in lessons

- A successful record of teaching children to swim

- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with parents
- A genuine passion and active involvement in poolside activities

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 2-6 per week

**Salary**: £15.00-£16.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Prenton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- teaching swimming to babies: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- DBS Certificate (preferred)
- Swimming Teaching Qualification (preferred)
