Hawkwood is partnering with a fast-growing FinTech company in Cheltenham to find a Senior People Partner. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company's culture, refine processes, and build skills to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elevate Performance: Design and implement strategies to foster high performance, tackling tough conversations with confidence.
  • Shape Recruitment: Lead the recruitment strategy, develop the employer brand, forge key agency partnerships, and ensure a solid growth plan is in place.
  • Strategise Growth: Oversee annual headcount planning and budgeting, collaborating with Heads of Teams to align growth plans with the company strategy.
  • Build and execute training and development programs to empower the team with the skills and knowledge to excel.
  • Optimise Reward: Lead on the reward strategy, including salary reviews and benefits management, to ensure a competitive and attractive rewards package.
  • Leverage Data: Own all people data and insights, transforming key data into actionable business recommendations.
Requirements
  • Hands-on knowledge of all aspects of the people experience, from onboarding to performance to career progression.
  • Experience working autonomously, ideally in a stand-alone role.
  • Ability to travel to the office easily, three times per week, or willingness to relocate to the Cheltenham area.
