About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to join our team at VolkerWessels UK. As an ICT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects from inception to post-implementation. You will be responsible for undertaking the day-to-day management, resource planning, and reporting through proactive management.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ICT Project Manager who has a proven track record of delivering successful projects. You will have excellent experience in working with agile methodology and TFS (Microsoft Team Foundation Server). You will also have a strong understanding of project lifecycle phases and be able to manage multiple work streams, conflicting priorities, and differing reporting lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects from inception to post-implementation
  • Undertake day-to-day management, resource planning, and reporting through proactive management
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members and vendors
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Develop and implement project quality assurance and control processes
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Experience of working in the rail industry
  • Prince 2 Practitioner
  • ITIL
  • Experience of MitreFinch, COINS, Union Square, OpenAccounts, Primavera P6
