About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Administrator to join our team at Workforce. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain records and documentation accurately.
  • Assist with procurement tasks, including creating purchase orders and managing supplier communications.
  • Use Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, for various administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Support the team with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support the production process.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage stock levels.
  • Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
