Logistics Coordinator

Working hours: 8am – 5pm – fully office based

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Coordinator to join our well-established client.

This position will focus heavily on customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment and drive to excel in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in administration or customer service within a fast-paced consumer goods sector is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the procurement team with inventory management and the transfer of goods across various locations.
  • Handling customer inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Placing purchase orders with vendors.
  • Confirming shipment timelines.
  • Processing financial documents.
  • Managing customs documentation.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Providing support with administrative tasks and demand forecasting.
  • Performing any additional duties as required.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience in a comparable role within the consumer goods sector (administrative/customer service/supply chain/purchasing/inventory management).
