Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of complaints and feedback, ensuring that all concerns are thoroughly understood and addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and staff to ensure that their needs are met and their concerns are heard.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the patient experience.
  • Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients and families, ensuring that they are informed and supported throughout the complaints process.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of complaints and feedback, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and analyzed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to patient experience and complaints management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of action plans to address areas for improvement.

Requirements:
