Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Experience and Complaints Manager to join our team at Ekhuft. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complaints and feedback, ensuring that all concerns are thoroughly understood and addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and staff to ensure that their needs are met and their concerns are heard.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the patient experience.
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients and families, ensuring that they are informed and supported throughout the complaints process.
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of complaints and feedback, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and analyzed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to patient experience and complaints management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of action plans to address areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
