Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Communications Executive to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for promoting the company externally, growing brand awareness, and enhancing our reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute PR campaigns to promote our brand and gyms across traditional and digital media platforms.
  • Manage the press office and review external communications content.
  • Work on integrated cross-channel comms campaigns.
  • Support with drafting media materials, including press releases, media pitches, and talking points.
  • Monitor media coverage and share relevant sector trends with the wider team.
  • Support on the communications for crisis and issues management.
  • Collaborate with brand managers and social media team on creative campaign ideas.
  • Represent the company at key events and media engagements.

Requirements

  • Minimum two-three years' experience in PR, within an agency or in-house team.
  • Excellent writing skills and demonstrated experience speaking with journalists.
  • Passion for brand spark campaign ideas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with an ability to prioritise workload and multi-task.
  • Flexible and adaptable to support with events and out of hours issues.
