About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Estates and Maintenance Agent to join our team at Michael Page Property & Construction. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Helpdesk Support: Respond to incoming requests in a timely and efficient manner, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Facilities Management: Collaborate with our facilities management team to resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and implement policies and procedures.
  • Asset Care: Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring they are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in our helpdesk process and suggest changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in facilities management.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in helpdesk or facilities management.
  • Location: Harrogate based or willing to travel.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in using helpdesk software and tools.
  • CAFM Experience: Experience with Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
  • Management/Supervisory Experience: Management or supervisory experience would be advantageous.
