Job Opportunity: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Sphere Digital Recruitment, a leading digital recruitment agency, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and attracting top talent in sales, marketing, and agency sectors
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Utilizing various channels to source candidates, including job boards and professional networks
  • Screening and assessing candidates through phone and video calls
  • Collaborating with our recruitment consultants to understand client requirements

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passionate about digital technology and retail
  • Desirable - Previous experience in sales or recruitment
  • Passionate, hungry, and motivated individual
