Key Responsibilities- Carry out cleaning tasks to ensure agreed standards and prioritize workload.
- Report any repairs or maintenance issues noticed during cleaning duties.
- Respond to service shortfalls and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct daily maintenance on machinery and report any issues.
- Perform additional or special cleans as instructed.
- Manage consumable stocks and request replenishments as needed.
- Attend training sessions as required.
- Use chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
- Liaise with customers and clients in a professional manner.
- Work safely and report any health and safety risks or hazards.
- Maintain good housekeeping of equipment and storage areas.
- Previous experience in workplace cleaning is an advantage.
- Good timekeeping and attendance.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Meticulous and methodical approach to work.
- Ability to read and speak English to ensure safe working practices.
