People Manager

We're seeking a seasoned People Manager to join our team at Agent Marketing. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a vital role in shaping our company culture and ensuring we attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment and Induction
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive employer brand strategy to drive diversity and inclusion in our hiring process.
  • Collaborate with our senior leadership team to craft compelling job descriptions that showcase our company's unique value proposition.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and new hires.
  • Design and deliver engaging induction programs that foster a sense of belonging among new team members.
Policies and Procedures
  • Review and refine our company policies to ensure they're current, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Lead our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, including chairing our internal E.D.I.E. group.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our external HR partner, ensuring our policies and handbooks remain up-to-date and compliant.
Training & Development
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our performance management processes to ensure they're fair, transparent, and supportive of employee growth.
  • Provide expert guidance to our senior leadership team on people-related matters, including talent development and performance management.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to create personalized development plans for every team member.
Culture and Workplace Wellbeing
  • Partner with our senior leadership team to drive a positive, proactive culture within the organization.
  • Promote a healthy work environment by organizing and supporting health and wellbeing initiatives.
