About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Parkside Office Professional. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Enquiry Management: Manage customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate and helpful responses to customer queries.
  • Order Management: Manage customer orders from order entry to billing, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Ticket Management: Open, update, and manage tickets/cases in our system for each customer enquiry, liaising with other departments as necessary.
  • Delivery Management: Manage deliveries in line with customer expectations, liaising with 3rd party warehouses and other supply chain contacts.
  • Technical Support: Dispatch customer and partner requests for support through the correct channels, ensuring that technical support teams can act on customer requests.
  • System Navigation: Monitor and navigate multiple systems and ticket queues throughout the workday, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Communication: Maintain regular contact with Sales Account Managers and other internal departments to ensure that relevant information is communicated in a timely manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that will enhance operational effectiveness and profitability.
  • Account Management: Ensure that customer account records are kept up to date for audit purposes.
  • Data Management: Identify and resolve master data errors affecting the OTC process with the data management team.
  • Team Support: Provide support to other members of the team and backup as required for other CS teams.
Requirements
  • PC Skills: Competent on Outlook, Salesforce, Excel, and Word.
  • SAP Experience: Advantageous.
  • Key Skills: Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, think outside the box, work under pressure, prioritize workload, multitask, and coordinate activities across relevant departments.
