About Our Service:
Barnardo's Caern Disability Services provides a range of quality services for young people with learning disabilities and/or autism. Our Pentland Way service supports up to 3 young people in a residential setting, working closely with their families and carers to achieve positive outcomes.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Residential Project Worker. The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with children and young people, particularly those with learning disabilities and/or autism. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships are essential.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification at SCQF level 7 or above, plus an HNC in social services. They will also be willing to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) as part of their employment. We offer support and training to help our staff develop their skills and knowledge.
