Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to Graduate SDRs, focusing on developing their skills and knowledge to achieve sales success.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs to meet the needs of incoming SDRs with varying experience levels.
  • Deliver training programs in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements to ensure maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to identify and develop sales training opportunities that align with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest sales techniques, trends, and best practices to ensure training programs remain relevant and effective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales training, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
