Job Title: Chef De Partie

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at DO & CO Airline Catering. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of a section within our busy production kitchen, ensuring seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and cook dishes with precision and attention to detail, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen brigade to maintain a positive and inclusive team environment, fostering open communication and a culture of excellence.
  • Utilize your culinary expertise to drive quality improvements and ensure consistency across all menu items.
  • Partner with Sous Chefs to support kitchen management and contribute to the development of new menu concepts.
  • Delegate tasks to Kitchen Helpers, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Play a proactive role in maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Chef De Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Impressive knife skills and a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
  • Airline catering experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Confident working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Right to work in the UK.
