Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skill Tradesperson to join our team at Platform Housing Group. As a Multi-Skill Tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of multi-skilled maintenance works, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, wall tiling, flooring, and decoration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out multi-skilled maintenance works, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, wall tiling, flooring, and decoration.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to manage jobs from inspection to completion.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Manage jobs independently, including ordering materials and liaising with customers.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Qualified in Carpentry with associated trade skills of Flooring, Plastering, Tiling, and Decoration.
  • Experience of delivering multi-trade work and ability to demonstrate expertise in these trades.
  • Good organisational skills and experience of keeping jobs on track.
  • Personal drive to ensure works are completed quickly, efficiently, and delivered right first time.
  • A full driving licence is essential as this is a mobile role, a van with fuel card is provided.
  • A DBS check is required for this role.
