Job Title: Employment and Skills Trainer

Reed in Partnership is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment and Skills Trainer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training programs to adult learners, focusing on job readiness and employability skills.
  • Assess and evaluate learner progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Maintain a professional training environment, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning space.
  • Promote courses to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting the benefits of our employability programs.

Requirements:
  • A recognized teaching qualification, such as PTTLS or PGCE.
  • Experience in the welfare-to-work sector or a similar relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners.
  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification).
