  2. Architect and Design: Construct a foundational CDP architecture that integrates seamlessly with existing systems while meeting our scalability and performance benchmarks.
  3. Lead Development: Oversee coding, testing, and deployment efforts, ensuring high standards of quality and functionality.
  4. Foster Integration: Develop and maintain high-quality data workflows from various sources, enhancing data integrity and operational efficiency.
  5. Optimize System Performance: Monitor system performance continually; identify and resolve bottlenecks for enhanced data processing and retrieval speeds.
  6. Collaborate and Innovate: Work alongside marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align the CDP with business needs, fostering a culture of innovation.

Requirements

  1. Experienced in designing and implementing Customer Data Platforms or equivalent systems.
  2. Proficient in programming with Python, Java, or Scala, and familiar with ETL processes and database technologies.
  3. Well-versed in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and big data technologies.
  4. A superb leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
