Job Title: Chief Data Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Data Architect to lead the development of our data architecture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the technical direction, making key architecture decisions, and establishing best practices to maintain a cutting-edge tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and scaling of products, ensuring it meets high standards of quality and performance.
  • Play a key role in recruiting top technical talent, and building a high-performing engineering team as the company scales.
  • Make strategic decisions about in-house development versus leveraging third-party solutions to optimise resources
  • Communicate technical concepts and project progress effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment.

Requirements:

  • MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and SQL
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
