{"Overview": "At Beta Search, we are seeking a visionary Chief Data Architect to spearhead our data architecture initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to shape the data landscape, drive innovation, and advise on data strategies across the organization.

Responsibilities:

* Provide expert guidance on data-related matters, from low to high-level advice, and principles on transformation.
* Collaborate closely with the Director of Innovation and Advisory to help the organization understand and leverage data effectively.
* Kickstart new data projects and initiatives, working within the data office and IT to get them off the ground.
* Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and systems, such as master data systems.
* Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Architects, and the US architectural function to establish better demarcations and improve collaboration.
* Fill the gap in security and controls, especially in handling banking data and ensuring privacy banking controls.

Strategic Leadership:

* Develop a holistic approach to data architecture, focusing on the overall development of the organization.
* Define and communicate what good data architecture looks like, driving excellence in the field.

Project Management:

* Oversee ongoing projects, ensuring rigor and success.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Chief Data Architect or similar role.
* Strong background in both advisory and innovation aspects of data architecture.
* Expertise in security and controls, particularly in the banking sector.
* Exceptional coaching and leadership acumen.
* Able to adeptly communicate tailored messages based on the specific needs of diverse audiences.
