We are seeking a seasoned Chief Data Architect to lead our data architecture initiatives and drive innovation across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on data-related matters, from low to high-level advice, and principles on transformation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Innovation and Advisory to help the organization understand and leverage data effectively.
  • Kickstart new data projects and initiatives, working within the data office and IT to get them off the ground.
  • Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and systems, such as master data systems.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Architects, and the US architectural function to establish better demarcations and improve collaboration.
  • Foster a culture of data excellence, ensuring that data is handled securely and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chief Data Architect or similar role.
  • Strong background in both advisory and innovation aspects of data architecture.
  • Expertise in security and controls, particularly in the banking sector.
  • Exceptional coaching and leadership acumen.
  • Able to adeptly communicate tailored messages based on the specific needs of diverse audiences.
