Your Duties

In the capacity of a Care Manager, you will oversee the development of care packages that emphasize personalized care and a safeguarding approach. You will manage client care packages, contributing to budget forecasting and financial performance indicators. Regular interaction with clients and care staff will be essential to ensure that care quality meets high standards.
